• We will be CLOSED November 20 - 26 for Thanksgiving.  We will also be closed December 20 - 27 for Christmas.  All orders placed before these times will be shipped before we close for the holiday.  Any orders placed during our closure will be shipped as soon as we return in order of receipt.

• Over the past couple of days we have been adding many new products to our site!! This includes a few new fragrance oils, waxes and accessories.  We will try to continually add new products to suit the needs of our ever expanding customer needs.  Any suggestions please feel free to send us a message. 

• For the remainder of this month we will be continuing the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE special we have been having on our Dye Blocks (this does not include the white or fluorescent colors).  For each dye purchased you will receive 1 free.  Your free blocks will be the same color as the colors ordered.

• We have recently added new products!! You can now find some more wax products as well as a large selection of Fragrance Oils.  At this time we have only added 1 oz bottles but all fragrances are available in larger quantities please call for more details or check back as we will continue to update and add more items.

• Another change we unfortunately have had to make is that we will no longer accept Paypal as a method of payment through the site.  If you would like to use Paypal to pay for your items please call in your order and we will gladly send you an invoice.

• Paypal Payments are now be processed properly. Please note however that in order for us to receive an order confirmation of the items you have ordered that after payment has been processed please hit the "Continue" button.  After doing this you will be sent back to our site and will be given an order number.  Getting an order number saves your order to our site as well as sending us confirmation of items ordered.  If you do not hit this button you do not receive an order number and therefore your order is not saved and we do not receive confirmation of your order.

• We have found the issue that is causing trouble with some orders.  We have made some modifications to the website and all credit card payments should be processed properly now.  PayPal payments, however, still have an issue.  You may submit your order via PayPal and the payment will be processed properly, but you will not receive an order confirmation email and the order will not be saved in our system.  If you are paying by PayPal, please print your cart before submitting payment and either email us the breakdown of your order or fax it to 229-924-8997.  We continue to work to remedy this issue and will notify you here when we have more information.  Thank you for your continued patronage and understanding!

• We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with our shopping cart.  The problem is minor in nature, but is an annoyance and we apologize for the inconvenience.  Occasionally, after an order has been submitted and the payment has been processed, the order confirmation fails to go out and the order details are not saved in our system.  If you experience this issue (i.e. you do not receive an email confirmation for an order that you placed), please contact us via phone or email your order details to sales@keeferskandlesandsupplies.com.  We have contacted the software vendor and they assure us that a resolution is forthcoming.

• Our online store is up and running!  Our initial rollout includes our complete dye block selection.  New color selections and more product categories including molds, waxes & accessories will be added in the coming weeks so check back often!  As always, we are also continuing to offer a wide selection on eBay (userid: the-net-hoster).

• As you may know, Pemaquid Lights is going out of business and we are honored to have been asked to continue serving their loyal customers.  We have adjusted our pricing structure to provide Pemaquid customers with the same low prices they have come to expect and to reward our existing customers with great new discounts!
